Cancellation Policy for Non-Refundable Booking:

We appreciate your reservation at Our Second Home In Kranjska Gora. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, please be aware of our cancellation policy for non-refundable bookings:

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Booking:
   All bookings made under the non-refundable rate are fully prepaid and non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is confirmed, the total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card, and no refunds or credits will be issued in the event of cancellation or no-show.
2. Modification Policy:
   While non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled for a refund, we understand that plans may change. Therefore, guests have the option to modify the dates of their stay, subject to availability.Any modification must be made within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Modifications made outside this window may be subject to additional charges.
3. Communication of Changes:
   It is the responsibility of the guest to notify us promptly of any changes to their reservation. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the booking.
4. No-Shows:
   In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date), the full amount of the reservation will be charged, and the room will be held until the following day, after which the reservation will be canceled.
5. Force Majeure:
   In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy at our discretion.

By confirming your reservation under the non-refundable rate, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
